1. Our services

PT Today Consultant provides consultancy and administrative representation for visas and stay permits, company establishment and licensing, legal documents, and accounting and tax compliance in Indonesia. The scope, fees, and timeline of each engagement are set out in a written quotation or engagement confirmation.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Decisions on visas, permits, licences, and tax matters are made solely by the relevant authority. We prepare and lodge applications carefully, but we cannot guarantee approval or processing times. Timelines shown on this website are estimates based on typical cases and may change without notice.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate, and genuine information and documents.
• Respond to requests promptly. Delays may affect deadlines and outcomes.
• Comply with Indonesian laws, including the conditions of your stay permit.
• Tell us immediately about any change of circumstances that may affect your application.

We may decline or stop work if we suspect false documents or unlawful purposes.

4. Fees and payment

Our quotation shows professional fees and, where applicable, estimated government and third-party costs separately. Work begins after the agreed payment is received. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Immigration and legal disclaimer

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts of Badung, Bali have jurisdiction.
